
The Board of Directors of Achieve Community Alliance is proud to announce the appointment of Jennifer Cobb as the organization’s next President and Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2025.
A dynamic and mission-driven leader, Cobb brings more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, advocacy, and community engagement. She most recently served as Senior Vice President and Executive Director of City Year Little Rock, where she led the organization through a period of significant growth and transformation—diversifying revenue streams, expanding the board, and restoring AmeriCorps service capacity to pre-pandemic levels.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jennifer to Achieve Community Alliance,” said Michael Ruffin, outgoing board chair of Achieve Community Alliance and chair of the search committee. “Her strategic vision, deep commitment to equity, and track record of collaborative leadership make her the right person to guide us into our next chapter. She understands the importance of stability, advocacy, and dignity in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.”
Achieve Community Alliance, formerly known as United Cerebral Palsy of Arkansas, provides critical services and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the state. With Cobb at the helm, the organization is poised to expand its impact, strengthen its advocacy, and deepen its partnerships in service of a more inclusive Arkansas.
